OUTBOUND SALES ROLE
Grand Reach is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to initiate calls to prospects and existing customers. The role will require extreme attention to details to create, maintain and update a CRM – database of customers with complete information and communication touch points.
Handle customer needs and requirements through outstanding customer service will be paramount.
• Recent sales experience
• Clear and fluent communication skills
• Confident in making warm and cold outbound and inbound calls
• Demonstrated capacity to meet goals and targets
• Ability to welcome and be successful with on the job training
• Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong rapport
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• Prompt and accurate data entry and typing skills
