SALES ASSISTANT ROLE

Grand Reach is looking for a retail Sales Assistant to help and support the sales agents during the purchase process. The candidate will be asked to support the existing sales team in a range of dynamic tasks while establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
The goal is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and to assist the company’s growth through sales maximisation.

SKILLS:

• Recent sales experience
• Clear and fluent communication skills
• Confident in making warm and cold outbound and inbound calls
• Demonstrated capacity to meet goals and targets
• Ability to welcome and be successful with on the job training
• Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong rapport
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• Prompt and accurate data entry and typing skills
